When output current full load IO, measure the output voltage VO，and the input voltage Vi， input current Ii， then:With voltage tester voltage is set to2000VAC,5mA in the input ( L, N short circuit) to perform measurement between the output (output footprints are all short circuit ), test time is 3 ± 1s; with voltage tester voltage is set to500VAC,5mA, shell on the output ( output footprints are all short circuit ), test time is 3 ± 1s;
